Developed with technology from Finnish firm Wapice, it’s already managing 28,000 devices for private and public sector clients across the Nordic region.

In Sweden, LF Skåne Hyresfastigheter is already using Telia IoT Monitoring in 16 buildings, covering 625 apartments. The goal? To improve indoor air quality and optimize property operations, enhancing comfort for tenants while reducing environmental impact.
